Pair of four bedroom dwellings

Location:

Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Type:

Development Site

This exciting new development has recently been planned for King’s Lynn, West Norfolk. The proposal is for two bespoke four-bedroom homes to an existing infill site in life, ideally suited to modern living while staying true to the local design heritage.

Replacing the existing dwelling, which is poorly situated on the site and structurally unsound, the project also tackles privacy concerns caused by its position overlooking neighboring properties.

The original building will be removed to address these challenges, allowing for a fresh approach to the site layout. The new homes are positioned to better use the land, enhancing privacy and visual appeal for future residents and their neighbours.

Each dwelling features contemporary detailing combined with traditional materials found locally. These homes have been designed to improve the existing street scene and sensitive increase the local density of housing while integrating with the local character and heritage.
