Construction Design Management 2015 is a Health and Safety regulation to remove avoidable risks during the design and construction of built projects.  

As designers, we must produce pre-construction information during design and a health and safety file during construction.

British Safety Act Principle Designer regulations came into effect in October 2023. This requires stakeholder competency when delivering construction projects with more than one contractor.
