Senior Architectural Technician / Designer / Technologist
​We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will take the lead on technical delivery, ensuring design intent is carried through to construction with precision and clarity.

Key responsibilities:

Lead technical packages from planning through to building regulations and construction
-
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
-
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
-
Support junior team members with mentoring and guidance
Requirements:
-
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (ArchiCAD/Revit/AutoCAD)
-
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Surveyor – Point Clouds & 3D CAD
​​We are seeking a Surveyor with proven experience in working with point clouds and 3D CAD software. This role will involve capturing, processing, and managing survey data to support a range of architectural and construction projects.
​
Key responsibilities:

Conduct on-site measured surveys and laser scanning

Process point cloud data and integrate with 3D CAD software

Produce accurate base drawings and models for design teams
-
Work closely with designers and technicians to ensure data accuracy
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of point cloud processing and 3D CAD platforms

Attention to detail and accuracy in surveying

Experience in architectural or construction environments is desirable

Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team
Junior Designer / Technician / Technologist
​We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer / Technician / Technologist to start their career in architectural design. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their technical skills and gain experience across a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in preparing design and technical drawings

Support senior staff with project documentation and coordination

Requirements:
